Returns, Repairs, and Refunds

• To return a product within 30 days of your purchase, contact support@fancyhairdressers.com for instructions. Once we’ve received the returned item(s), we’ll refund the value of the item(s).

• Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds not available for altered or damaged items.

• Return shipping not available for orders outside the US.

We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner however, we do not accept any liability for late delivery. 

Fancy is NOT responsible for any packages that: • Have an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer on the order OR • Packages that state delivered on the tracking information but have not yet been received. • Require additional fees (VAT, etc.) assessed by the country on international orders (upon delivery, etc.)

If your tracking information is stating that your package has been delivered but not yet received, Fancy must be contacted within 3 business days from the delivery time and date.
